Taylor Client Downloads: Deliver Finished Writing Through One Private Order Link

Delivering finished writing to a client should be simple. Too often it turns into a mess of email attachments, loose links, and confusion about what was sent, what was paid, and where a client goes when something is wrong.

The client ends up digging through old messages. You end up answering questions that a decent delivery system should have answered on its own.

Taylor Client Downloads was built to clean that up.

What it does

Taylor Client Downloads delivers finished writing through one private order link. One link, tied to the order, private to that client. The client goes to one place to get the finished work instead of chasing files across an inbox.

It includes file allowances. The delivery comes with clear limits set on the files, so both sides know what the order includes. No guessing, no arguments about what was part of the deal.

It includes billing history. The record of what was billed sits with the delivery, where it belongs. If a question comes up later about an order, the history is there to look at instead of buried somewhere else.

It also gives the client a clear way to ask for help. When a client hits a problem, they should not have to guess where to go or who to contact. The path to help is part of the delivery itself.

Who it is for

This is for anyone who delivers finished writing to clients and wants that delivery to be professional and easy to track. Writers, editors, and small shops doing client work all run into the same delivery mess. This was built for that work.

It is also for your clients, even though they will never buy it themselves. They get one private link, a clear record, and an obvious way to reach out. That is a better experience than a pile of attachments, and it reflects well on the person who sent it.

Where it stands

The current version is 2026.10.4.04. It is working on our own sites right now. We deliver real client work with it. That is the test that matters.
